Sima Home Solutions acts as a service facilitator connecting clients with domestic helpers such as maids, babysitters, nannies, elderly caretakers, cooks, and patient care attendants. Service availability is subject to location and staff availability.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of inquiry or booking. Sima Home Solutions shall not be responsible for service delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the client.

While we conduct basic verification including ID and reference checks, Sima Home Solutions does not take responsibility for the actions, behavior, or performance of any service provider. Any engagement is at the client’s own discretion and risk.

Service charges, placement fees, and payment terms are communicated before confirmation. All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Replacement services, if applicable, will be provided as per company policy and are subject to staff availability within a defined time period.

Clients are expected to provide a safe, respectful, and lawful working environment. Any form of abuse, harassment, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Sima Home Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or these terms at any time without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
